This is a beautiful par 71 layout in the Appalachian Mountains. It is currently under renovation which includes irrogation in the fairways and reseeding of the tees and fairways. Opened in 1923, Lonesome Pine is the premier course in Southwest Virginia. |

Tak the second exit to Big Stone Gap off U.S. 23 and turn right. Follow the road for about 2 miles. The course is on the right |
|
| Although this is a short course it is really a challenge. The back nine requires a lot of strategic iron play and shot positioning. If you need instruction come see Ken Crowder or Rob Davis for a definite improvement in your golf game. We hope to see you soon. |
